SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from BW Rentals at the mobile number you provide. Transactional messages include reservation confirmations, reservation updates, rental reminders, pickup instructions, and return reminders. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you also consent to receive special offers and rental promotions. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase or rental.

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your cancellation. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Privacy Policy

BW Rentals collects your mobile number, consent records, and information you provide through SMS to deliver messages, manage your preferences, and provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, personal information collected for SMS messaging, or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide necessary information to service providers that deliver messages and support our SMS program. These providers may use the information only to perform services for BW Rentals, not for their own marketing.

To ask about your SMS information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact us below. We may retain records required by law or needed to honor your opt-out request.

Website analytics and shared drafts

Updated October 17, 2026. We use first-party website analytics to understand clicks, time before the first click, pointer dwell time, quote settings, eligibility answers, fleet browsing, and booking or contact-link clicks. A temporary visit cookie groups activity after up to 30 minutes of inactivity. We store browser, operating-system and device categories, viewport size, referring hostnames, and campaign tags. We do not store full referral URLs or IP addresses in these analytics records. We also record active section time, scroll depth, potential dead or repeated clicks, error categories, and page-load timing. A visual activity replay reconstructs recorded actions; it does not record your screen or the content of form fields.

If you enable browser recognition in the footer privacy controls, an optional first-party identifier connects visits from that browser for up to 90 days. It does not identify you by name, connect other devices, or expose other tabs. You can disable it at any time. Our analytics does not record names, email or phone fields, payment information, insurance documents, or keystrokes. We do not sell website analytics or share it for third-party marketing. Usage records are retained for up to 90 days. Expired records are removed on the next analytics request. Access to reports is restricted to the site owner.

If you check “Share my draft with BW Rentals,” your message text and request type are saved even if you do not send the email. This is optional and separate from SMS consent. Shared drafts are retained for up to 30 days. Uncheck the box to remove the shared draft. Do not put payment, driver’s license, or insurance details in your message.

Use “Site analytics & privacy” in the homepage footer to turn usage tracking off on your browser. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Rental tools work without analytics. Contact us below with questions or deletion requests.
